Public services and organizations that handle sensitive data are almost entirely “unfortified” against malicious electronic attacks.
Repeated efforts by successive governments for a unified management of organizations' computer services often stumble over endless bureaucracy and the time-consuming procedures that far exceed the speed of malicious actors.
Also, the lack of awareness among end users regarding the security of their terminals has often led to data leaks, most recently the case of the leak ofMinistry of Foreign Affairs by Anonymous.
All of this results in data loss that in the wrong hands proves extremely dangerous and often causes financial damage to the Public sector.
