Perplexity is today extending its AI Browser Comet to iOS, making the AI Comet Assistant available to iPhone users.
The Comet browser for iOS has many of the same features as the Comet browser for desktop, including a voice mode for asking questions and a hybrid search experience . However, it does not support extensions .

Capabilities of the AI Comet Assistant on iOS
Comet offers standard search results, as you would expect from any web search, but the Comet Assistant add-on can provide more detailed answers and complete tasks. Comet supports Deep Research , which can collect information from multiple web sources and provide quick, useful summaries.
Comet Assistant can also complete web-based tasks such as email summarization, product search, price comparison across various websites, and more.
