Apple has released updates for both Final Cut Pro for iPad and Final Cut Pro for Mac .

Final Cut Pro is a professional video editing application originally developed by Macromedia and, since 1998, by Apple. It has since become a popular choice among filmmakers, video editors, and content. It offers a wide range of features, such as advanced color grading, motion graphics, multi-cam editing, and more. With its intuitive interface and powerful tools, Final Cut Pro is a useful tool for many professionals.
Now, the new iPad version, called Final Cut Pro for iPad 2, takes full advantage of the new iPad Pro with the M4 chip. Apple notes that it enables up to 2x faster performance and supports up to 4x more ProRes RAW streams than the M1 iPad Pro.

The key feature in the new update is Live Multicam, which allows users to wirelessly connect and preview up to four cameras simultaneously, all in one place. The cameras can be a combination of iPhone and iPad devices, with users making the appropriate settings on each camera through the all-new Final Cut Camera app.
The Final Cut Camera app powers the new Live Multicam feature, but it can also be used as a standalone app. It supports manual focus, shutter speed, ISO, focus peaking, zebras, grid overlays, audio level monitoring, and more. Apple says you can also enhance your videos with 12 new color grading presets, 6 new glitch backgrounds, 20 soundtracks, 8 basic text titles, and more.
There is also another major new feature that will excite many: external drive support!

Apple notes that Enhance Light and Color automatically improves the color, color balance, contrast, and brightness of video or still images to create the best possible result.
On the other hand, Smooth Slo-Mo intelligently combines video frames for higher-quality motion.
