How can one increase the effectiveness of Gmail?

To increase the efficiency of Gmail, in addition to switching to Gmail Basic HTML you can start by learning keyboard shortcuts. These can help you perform Actions faster, such as creating a new message, moving between messages and deleting messages. In addition, you can use Gmail's filters to automate the management of incoming messages. You can set up filters to redirect messages from specific senders to specific Envelopes, apply labels or file them automatically. The use of tags and subfolders can also improve the efficiency of Gmail. Tags can help you organize your messages by subject, while subfolders can help you separate messages by person or project. Finally, don't forget about using Gmail extensions. There are many extensions that can improve Gmail's efficiency, such as extensions for automating replies, tracking messages, and scheduled sending.
