We discovered some technical specifications from unreleased RTX 3050 6GB models, which we compared with our sources.
Palit, one of NVIDIA's partners, appears to be already preparing 6GB models that are expected to appear this quarter. At least three models are being spotted, two from the StormX series and one from the KalmX series.
The StormX models have already appeared on a Russian retail website. The product page clearly lists 6GB in the specs and reveals a new product code that appears to correspond to the 3050 6GB model.
The specifications shared by the retailer have some inconsistencies, such as incorrectly showing the memory bandwidth at 224 GB/s (it should be 168 GB/s). However, the base frequency of 1042 MHz and the TDP of 115W are not similar to the existing 8GB model. The packaging also shows 8 GB of memory. However, the model name and product code are clearly from the new SKU.

As for the fanless model, it’s important to note that the last KalmX model was introduced almost four years ago. According to the specifications, the card can produce up to 115W of power, while previous rumors indicated that the RTX 3050 6GB may only have 70W of thermal design power. At the moment, the technical specifications from the Russian retailer remain unconfirmed, and the card is expected to launch in February.
