The AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT graphics card will be released in late January and is aimed at the “budget” segment, with a price tag of around $300 USD.

It is expected to be the one that will seal the “RDNA 3” series.
RDNA (Radeon DNA) is a microarchitecture in graphics processing units (GPUs) and the accompanying instruction set architecture developed by AMD (Advanced Micro Devices).
Rumors surrounding the AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT are not new, as the card was previously mentioned in September when it first appeared in online listings.
It is now showing up in listings from relatively new AIBs (Add-In-Boards) that are mostly limited to Asian regions. These manufacturers typically list cards that are just temporary, in case AMD decides to release these graphics cards in the future.
Based on previous reports from the same source, the AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT GPU is expected to feature 16 GB of GDDR6 VRAM, double the amount of memory compared to the RX 7600 Non-XT. There is no information on which GPU the RX 7600 XT will replace, since the RX 7600 already offers the full Navi 33 GPU. There are two possibilities: either offering a higher clock speed and higher VRAM configuration of the same RX 7600 GPU as an “XT” version, or moving to a more advanced class and offering more cores using a reduced Navi 32 processor.

There is talk that the graphics card will only have custom versions at launch, as it is confirmed that the AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT will not be an “MBA” (Made by AMD) card for media testing.
According to a report by Benchlife, the only card AMD intends to release is the Radeon RX 7600 XT. No other models are planned for release, such as the RX 7800 and RX 7700. The Radeon RX 7600 XT will be the first new RDNA 3 GPU release for 2024 and will likely be the last before AMD moves on to the RDNA 4. The graphics card is expected to be released between January 22 and 28, around the same time that NVIDIA will release the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER.
AMD still has plans for 6 graphics cards (excluding GRE). In the second half of 2024, we may see the release of the RDNA 4 series that supports PCIe 5.0. If something unexpected happens, RDNA 4 may be postponed to 2025.

The AMD Radeon RX 7600 launched at around $269 USD, but can now be found for around $249 USD. Based on this, we can expect the XT model to launch at around $299 USD. Double the amount of VRAM in a budget graphics card may have some applications, but it may mainly limit gaming to 1080p, as we have seen with the RTX 4060 Ti and its 16 GB version which is severely limited by its 128-bit interface.
How the RX 7600 XT will perform remains a mystery, but it's an interesting entry indeed, as NVIDIA will also be introducing a new budget option with the RTX 3050 6GB in the same month for a price tag under $200.
