Microsoft is finally bringing Xbox Game Pass to the Meta Quest 2, 3, and Pro headsets, but there's something to note.
On September 27, 2023, Meta unveiled the Quest 3, which is their first attempt at mixed reality headsets.

During the keynote, the company revealed that Xbox Game Pass would be available on the Meta Quest store, but many believed that the AR feature would only be available on mixed reality headsets.
On December 13, 2023, Microsoft released the app and brought Xbox Game Pass to the Quest 2 and Pro as well.
Meta Quest 2, 3, and Pro Get Xbox Game Pass Support
In a blog post, it was announced that Microsoft has opened up the popular VR headsets to hundreds of new games that were previously unavailable in the Meta Quest series, without the need for a PC connection.
Although Xbox Game Pass brings many new games to the platform, they are only available through the new Xbox Cloud Gaming app.
And, as many expect, there won't be any VR games available anytime soon. This would be ideal for use with the mode , while Quest 2 and Pro owners will simply be able to play their games in full-screen 2D.
We don't yet know if Microsoft will consider adding virtual reality (VR) games to its platform.
Currently, players can enjoy games like Starfield, Forza Motorsport, Halo Infinite , and more through the Quest VR headset.
