SKY customers have been stuck watching an annoying, spinning red loading wheel whenever they try to watch Netflix for several days now.

The broadcaster has acknowledged that this is a problem that affects all customers and is currently investigating an official solution.
In an announcement on X (formerly Twitter), Sky wrote: “We are aware that some customers, when launching Netflix, will see a spinning red circle.”
“Special teams are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.“
How to avoid it?
While there's no solution yet, Sky experts have suggested a way for customers to avoid it. If you have a Multiscreen, you can probably watch on Sky Q Mini , according to the company.
In a separate help forum on Sky's website, a staff member advised customers experiencing the red loading circle to disable a feature in their Netflix settings. When you're logged into account via the website, click on "My Account" and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Here you'll find Join a Trial- make sure this feature is disabled.

"If you can let us know whether this solution resolves the issue for you or not, we could forward it to the support teams," Sky said.
With millions of people now depending on streaming services like Netflix for their evening entertainment, customers are not happy with this unexpected outage.
"Why does this happen every day? We pay for a service we can't use," wrote X user @neilgreen2023.
Another customer, with the username @jkd1969, tweeted: “What if you don’t have many screens? Worst decision I ever made, getting Netflix via Q box.”
However, an informed Sky viewer reminded other customers that they still have access to the service – it's just not currently working through their Sky boxes.
