Instagram 's Threads is expanding the ability to search posts. In a post on the platform, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg says the feature is available in almost all English- and Spanish-speaking countries, with more to follow soon .

Meta spokesperson Seine Kim reportedly confirmed that the feature will be available in both the United States and the United Kingdom and will also be rolling out to the website . Threads initially began testing in Australia and New Zealand in August. Through this feature, you can search for posts on the platform based on a specific keyword. Previously, Threads only allowed you to search for users.
The feature is already available for some users. When you perform a search, the app will still show lists of users related to your search. However, by selecting the “Search For” option at the top, you can scroll through Threads posts with the selected keyword.
