Samsung is still offering a free memory upgrade with the Galaxy S23 Ultra in the US, at least for one color variant. The Sky Blue version of the phone with 512GB of storage is currently selling for $1,199.99 — the same as the 256GB model. So you're essentially paying for 256GB of storage and getting an additional 512GB of memory storage for free, giving you an immediate $180 discount off the regular price of $1,379.99. You can further reduce the cost through eligible trade-ins, but that's another story.

When Samsung opened pre-orders for the Galaxy S23 series in February, it offered a free memory upgrade on all three models in all colors. Buyers paid for the lowest storage option, and the company sent them the variant with the highest storage. The deal was available globally, or at least in most global markets. But, as expected, Samsung ended the offer after the pre-order. However, it turns out that buyers in the US can still get the 512GB Galaxy S23 Ultra for the price of a 256GB model, as long as they choose the Sky Blue color.
The latest Galaxy flagship is available in a total of seven colors in the US, four of which are available across all retail channels nationwide (Green, Phantom Black, Lavender, and Cream) and three exclusive to Samsung’s online store (Graphite, Sky Blue, and Red). This offer is not available with any other Galaxy S23 Ultra colors, nor with the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+. Additionally, since the Sky Blue color is exclusive to online store , you won’t get a free memory upgrade anywhere else, not even in the company’s stores.

Is the Galaxy S23 Ultra a near-perfect Android smartphone?
This is arguably the best Android phone available today, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor “for Galaxy”, offering unbeatable performance and battery life . Samsung’s custom Android skin One UI 5.1 also offers one of the best software experiences, if not the best.
Elsewhere, the 200MP camera gives you stunning photos, as the company improves the photo quality with new updates almost every month. The built-in S Pen makes taking notes a breeze and also serves as a remote control for other tasks, such as taking photos. Overall, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is a truly great smartphone.
