It often happens that there is a specific slide that you want to be present in all your presentations. This slide could be, for example, the “cover” slide that contains information such as a company name, contact information, location information, etc. You can easily reuse such slides in multiple presentations and reduce the time it takes to create a new presentation.

Google Slides presentation: Import slides from another presentation
Go to Google Slides and open the presentation you are creating.
Go to File > Import Slides.
When the Import Slides window appears, you'll see your recent Google Slides presentations on the Presentations. You can search for a specific presentation by typing the name of that old presentation in the search box.
After you have selected the presentation you want to use, click "Select".
If you want to use a different presentation (e.g. PowerPoint presentation) that you have saved, you can also do so by selecting the Upload. Then, browse for the file or drag it into the window. The presentation slides will load automatically.

You'll see thumbnails of all the slides in this presentation. Simply select the ones you want to import and reuse them in the new presentation.
Click on “All” at the top to select all slides or click on each slide individually. If you want to start over, click on “None” at the top right to deselect all slides or click on “Back” at the bottom left to select a different presentation.
Before you import your slides, you can choose to keep the original theme for the presentationby clicking the small box below the slides. If you leave this option blank, the slides you import will have the theme of the current presentation applied to them.
Before completing the process, confirm the total number of selected slides (listed at the bottom) and click "Import Slides" to import them into the new Google Slides presentation.

You'll then see your imported slides at the end of your new presentation. From there, you can move the slides to place them wherever you want.
By importing and reusing slides from previous presentations, you can save time when creating a new Google Slides presentation, since you won't have to create all the slides from scratch.
