Former CIA, John Brennan when given some information by intelligence agencies , said that at least one voter was convinced that the outcome of the 2016 presidential election was influenced by Russian interference, but he avoided concluding that they also influenced the outcome.
Speaking at the National Press Club in Washington on October 30, Brennan said he was confident that the Russian efforts changed the mind of at least one voter.
“Whether it was one voter or a million voters, it doesn't matter”, said at the event.

Some official investigations have concluded that Russianhackers and trolls had created a massive campaign aimed at hacking, leaking and influencing public opinion through various channels before the 2016 election.
The Kremlin refuses to get involved in this political scandal.
Brennan said he was convinced the campaign had some effect, perhaps even the final result.
“I don’t know in how many and in which states, or whether it actually changed the outcome,” Brennan said, adding that the CIA “did not assess” the impact of the campaign on the vote.
