Windows 10 April 2018 for businesses: What does this mean?

Microsoft has announced that Windows 10 version 1803, or Windows 10 April 2018 Update as it is known, is ready for businesses. So the company moved the version to the semi-annual channel.
The channel is supposed to be updated every six months, as its name suggests, and is known to contain the Current Branch for Business.
We are talking about a special update channel for Enterprise versions of Windows 10.Windows 10
Updates are delayed for these versions of Windows 10, since they first have to go through the update channel aimed at consumers. Let's remind you that consumers are considered those who did not pay for Windows 10, the common mortals who updated an older operating system in the company "for free" to Microsoft's latest operating system.

So businesses that have paid for Windows (Enterprise editions) receive updates from the semi-annual channel several months after the official release of the update for consumers. Microsoft had previously stated that updates would come every 4 months or so after general availability, but it seems that the Windows 10 April 2018 Update was released earlier.
Specifically, Microsoft officially released the Windows 10 April 2018 Update on April 30, which means that the company promoted the new version of Windows to the semi-annual channel in less than 3 months.
It managed to do this because for the first time it used AI and machine learning to distribute the new update.
Windows 10 is currently on 700 million active devices (every month) and almost 250 million people are already using the Windows 10 April 2018 Update according to Microsoft.
According to the above, immediately updating your systems with each new release of Windows 10 is the wrong tactic.
Waiting for the update to be pushed to the semi-annual channel and then upgrading might save you a lot of trouble and hassle.
For those who didn't understand, the time between the first release of each new Windows 10 update and the promotion of the version to the Current Branch for Business is spent fixing problems that are reported to Microsoft through telemetry channels.
So since Microsoft doesn't seem to care about the average consumer, but focuses all its efforts on delivering better services to businesses (which are struggling), it would be a good idea to take care of yourself.
