Corsair has introduced two new power supplies for its Vengeance and SF series. The SF series Platinum 80 PLUS is enriched with 450W and 650W models while the Vengeance Series 80 PLUS Silver with 650W and 750W models.

The new SFX SF will feature platinum efficiency with perfect performance and high-quality Japanese capacitors that provide stable voltages. The device uses a 92mm fan that uses zero RPM (Rounds Per Minute) mode, allowing the fan to stop at low and medium loads to minimize noise. In addition, they also include an SFX to ATX adapter.

Their cables have a mesh covering that not only improves the appearance, but can also help with cable management, giving the cables a lower profile and additional flexibility compared to traditional cabling. The devices are modular and include two PCIe slots as well as four SATA slots along with the standard ATX 8 Pin EPS 12V and 2 Pin ATX power connectors. Finally, they will be accompanied by a 7-year warranty.

The new Corsair Vengeance power supplies will be 80 Plus Silver certified and, like the SF series, will be equipped with high-quality Japanese electrolytics. They will feature a customized single / multi-rail + 12V design, supporting any device a user wants to install, accompanied by an Over Current Protection (OCP) circuit, which is activated via a switch on the back of the power supply. The 120 mm fan is sufficient to maintain low temperatures and also features a zero RPM mode during light to medium loads.

Unlike the SF series, these are semi-modular power supplies. The 750W model includes six PCIe connectors and eight SATA, and the 650W model will have four and five respectively. Their warranty will be 5 years.
