Similarly, since the mid-1990s, Manolis Sfakianakis was the first police officer who, looking far ahead, timidly created the first department for the prevention of electronic crime, developing it into an internationally recognized Directorate of the Hellenic Police.
These two individuals will attend the ND pre-conference tomorrow where they will speak about security and crime.
