Question: Will the new iPhones be offered by Microsoft?

Microsoft announced that it will be offering the new Samsung Galaxy S8 Android smartphones in its own stores, a surprise to many consumers who thought the company would focus more on promoting its own Windows Phone platform.
Microsoft

The Samsung Galaxy S8 Microsoft Edition is part of Microsoft's promotional campaign on non-Windows platforms as the giant tries to become more widespread in the smartphone market.

And somewhere here, as is logical, the following question arises: Will Microsoft start selling Apple's new iPhones? Wouldn't this be the next logical step for the company since it is so dedicated to Android and iOS?

You'll tell us, and not unfairly, that this is unlikely. But how many Microsoft fans would expect their beloved company to sell top-of-the-line Samsung Android phones?

Undoubtedly, selling iPhone devices in Microsoft stores would be much more difficult, given Apple's strict strategy, but just like Samsung devices, they could help Microsoft expand into the smartphone world beyond Windows.

Although we cannot provide an answer to this specific issue, an article published last month that addressed this specific issue received mixed reactions.

The upside of this scenario is that iPhones will help generate revenue for Microsoft. Additionally, with Apple, Microsoft could introduce its own applications to iPhones, possibly pre-installed, thus strengthening the relationship between the two companies.
