With a wide viewing angle and Full HD resolution that complements Ultra-Wide-Color technology, the new monitor enriches the already impressive Philips curved monitor range and at the same time confirms MMD's commitment to offering a flexible and comprehensive range in the curved monitor category.
At home, monitors are expected to perform a wide range of tasks. The new 328E8QJAB5, at 32 inches, is large enough to give users a comfortable sense of space for any task. Thanks to the curvature, the screen gently hugs the user's line of sight, contributing to better concentration – especially in noisy environments, such as home.
This new display is designed to offer users excellent viewing quality in many routine activities, such as messaging friends and checking social media, but also in activities where image quality plays an important role, such as watching favorite series online or editing videos.
With Full HD resolution at 1920 x 1080 pixels, 16:9 format and advanced vertical alignment (VA) technology, users enjoy clear images in every task.
With the latest Ultra Wide-Color technology, the 32-inch display offers an expanded color gamut of 103% of the NTSC gamut and 126% of sRGB (CIE 1931), making the quality and accuracy of color reproduction noticeable and creating an even more vivid viewing experience. With innovative Adaptive Sync technology, the display is tuned for fast-action content and perfectly smooth viewing, without flickering, tearing, or motion blur.

In terms of appearance, the new 32-inch curved monitor perfectly matches the E-series name, which stands for “Elegance”. The impressive curvature of the monitor is complemented by the curved base, which, together with the glossy black color and metallic finish, highlights the elegant design, making the monitor a stylish touch for any space.
A 'one size fits all' approach is not applicable to this monitor. Like other models in the E-line series, the 328E8QJAB5 features an impressive array of smart technologies that can adjust images and graphics to suit the task at hand. SmartContrast analyzes the content on the screen and automatically adjusts colors and backlight intensity, enhancing the viewing experience. During gaming, users will appreciate the SmartImage Game mode, which optimizes dark themes and response time with special settings.
Built-in Flicker-free technology is designed to minimize potential eye fatigue by adjusting brightness and reducing flicker for even more comfortable viewing.
The monitor also takes care of the sound, featuring two built-in speakers for clear audio reproduction.
The new Philips 328E8QJAB5 monitor from the E-line series, with an indicative retail price of €329, will be available in electronics stores at the end of May 2017.
