If you're an Xbox fan, you've probably heard about Project Scorpio. If that's not enough, Microsoft is announcing a "big announcement" on June 11th.
The company announced on Twitter that the E3 event will showcase the highly anticipated Project Scorpio. Microsoft reportedly used an image of the same motherboard that appears in the Scorpio teaser trailer.
Apparently this means we're finally getting to see more of the company's mysterious next-gen console.
Project Scorpio was first announced at E3 last year. Since then, there have been very few details about the highly anticipated console. The promotional material released since then has been very vague compared to the Nintendo Switch announcement, which accurately detailed its hardware and capabilities.
Microsoft claims that its upcoming Scorpio console is "the most powerful ever," with true 4K graphics and backwards compatibility.
It should be noted that the Xbox presentation at E3 will take place on June 11th at 2:00 PM ET at the Galen Center in Los Angeles.
