Microsoft released another update to Insiders yesterday. It's called Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607, and it's not a new build, but an update to build 14393. The update upgrades Windows 10 build 14.393 to the improved version Windows 10 build 14.393.3.
This means that Redmond is trying to fix issues that are left in this particular build before officially releasing it to everyone on August 2.
So Windows 10 build 14.393.3 is available as a cumulative update and was initially released for Insiders in the fast ring.
It includes minor improvements aimed at fixing bugs reported in recent days. Cumulative update KB3176925 does not bring any new features.

How to install CAB files
In the Windows 10 search type cmd. Right-click the icon that appears and open as administrator.
Let's assume that the cab file you downloaded is in the
C:\
Use the following command to install:
dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"C:\name-of-the.cab"
