Last night, Microsoft suddenly released a new version of Windows 10, Windows 10 build 10162. But the new build is only available to those enrolled in the Fast Ring of the Windows Insider program.
This means that official ISO images are not yet available for those who wish or need to do a clean install.

The files are custom made ISOs. They have been created using the Windows Update (*.esd) files of build 10159. The installation files are genuine and have not been tampered with.
Nothing has been modified or changed, so it looks like the official ISOs that come from Microsoft.
However, proceed with the installation at your own risk.
This version comes with many fixes and stability improvements. It also contains the Wallpaper that will also be included in Windows 10 RTM.
