WP Engine When do Americans worry about their privacy?

WP Engine : The recent incident that resulted in the hacking and leaking of many private celebrity photos online has reignited the debate about online privacy and whether online services like Apple 's iCloud can be trusted.

Results from the WP Engine Online Privacy Survey , conducted by Harris Poll in June 2014, show that Americans are most concerned about online privacy only when such events occur. Interestingly, they are even more concerned when a hack could cause them financial losses, but are significantly less concerned when they think about the personal embarrassment they might face if their personal files were leaked.
