LifeHack: communicate by e-mail when you are angry

Email for anger? We've all said things in a conversation that we've regretted. If you're prone to this, consider email as a solution for your conversations.

email

Psychology Todayreports that sometimes the e-mail solution defuses anger and encourages rational thinking.

In a conversation, we hear various arguments at once, which makes us “heat up” very quickly, our facial expressions change, and it seems that we go from calm to anger, which makes it very difficult to have a productive conversation. Through email, we allow everyone (us above all) to take a breath, calm down and think more before responding. Email will allow you to reread what you wrote and correct something you said impulsively. It will give you more time to think about what you want to say and how you will say it, as each word will have to be written. This will save you from regretting what you said and of course it will do a lot of good to your relationships. This way you can say what is on your mind, without the other person immediately getting defensive or interrupting you.

But be careful, reread what you wrote, let some time pass, calm down and reread it. Let's not forget that the written word remains, while the spoken word disappears.
