Katsanevas was irreparably exposed today at the Athens Court of First Instance with the submission of the Papandreou Will by the lawyers of the Wikipedia editor, which contains the controversial characterization.
Today, Th. Katsanevas was severely exposed after the Wikipedia Editor's lawyers submitted to the Single-Member Court of First Instance of Athens an official copy of A. Papandreou's will containing the disputed characterization.
Thus, in the context of submitting memoranda in the Katsaneva case for interim measures against the Wikipedia editor, the Wikipedia editor's lawyers submitted today the official Minutes of the Single-Member Court of First Instance of Athens, number 3242/12.09.1996, which proves the publication of Andreas Papandreou's will, as well as the decision of the aforementioned court, number 1152/12.09.1996, by which the will was declared null and void!!!!!! but. and a certificate from the Secretary of the Athens Court of First Instance which confirms that the private will has not been challenged to date.
Unfortunately for Mr. Katsaneva, there is also a court decision declaring it invalid and a certificate from the Athens Court of First Instance that it has not been challenged to date. And certainly the aforementioned will contains the characterization …..that it constitutes a disgrace to the Papandreou family.
