If you thought Microsoft's search for a new CEO was easy, you're wrong. A new report claims that Microsoft could be looking to acquire a CEO from Google, as the company is currently in talks with Sundar Pichai , the CEO of Google Chrome . Sundar Pichai is actively involved in several top Android projects.

SiliconAngle reports that “sources close to the hiring team” have confirmed that negotiations are currently underway, and that Pichai is considered the leading candidate for the position that will be left vacant by the departure of Steve Ballmer.
Meanwhile, sources close to the matter reportedly claim that Google paid Pichai around $50 million to reject Microsoft's offer.
