The application's new features allow it to run on Windows Phones as well. As already known , the application is free and will continue to be with Windows 8.1 .
New features include watercolor, a new graphite pencil, a new clean, modern interface, the ability to print high-quality images, new ways to enhance photos, more realistic rendering for watercolors, and more, according to the company's presentation post.
