Canonical announced yesterday, September 30, that a new kernel update is available for the Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lucid Lynx) operating system, which fixes vulnerabilities in Linux kernel 2.6. All Ubuntu 10.04 users should upgrade as soon as possible!
These are the three kernel vulnerabilities affecting Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lucid Lynx): CVE-2013-0343 , CVE-2013-2888 , and CVE-2013-2892 .
They are related to the Kernel's IPv6 network stack and the Human Interface Device (HID) which is a subsystem of the Linux kernel.

The security vulnerabilities can be fixed by upgrading your system with the linux -image-2.6.32-52 (2.6.32-52.114) package.
