Yesterday there were some posts with more screenshots showing the RTM of Windows 8.1 with build number 9600.The posts come from China, and among other things they showed the default Wallpaper of the new Microsoft operating system. The new Wallpaper is available and you can download it from Deviantart (right click and “save as”).
The website IThome.com published several photos that were supposed to be wallpapers of the upcoming Windows 8 update.
Microsoft has of course not yet officially announced the existence of the RTM version, but expect the company to issue an official press release soon. The RTM with build number 9600 as you mention from some publications has already been sent to OEMs.
