Who told you that hacking tools are only sold on Underground Forums or the Deep Web?
Mozilla has approved an Addon for Firefox and is distributing it through its official page addons.mozilla.org. Fireforce is a Firefox designed to perform brute-force on GET and POST.
Of course, the Add-on will use a lot of your system resources, but it's probably the price of being a "hacker".
