Micro-Star International's official website distributes malware

msiThe official website of Micro-Star International (MSI), msi.com, has been compromised by hackers and is distributing malware to the computers of site visitors.

According to Conrad Longmore on the Dynamoo Blog, malicious code injected into the website redirects visitors to kristians1(dot)net, a site hosting an exploit kit.

Longmore emphasizes that the fact has been communicated to MSI, but the company has not yet done anything to clean up its website.

This isn't the first time msi.com has been compromised by hackers. In May, hackers leaked 50,000 user accounts that were allegedly stolen from MSI in Taiwan.
