Windows 8.1 build 9385 was leaked a couple of days ago, but Microsoft doesn't stop sending new builds to its partners.
New screenshots show that Windows 8.1 Pro Preview build 9388 has been released to developers , indicating that Microsoft is releasing new builds on a weekly basis . There are no details on the changes this version brings , but things will certainly become clearer next month as the public beta is expected to arrive in June .
There is no Start button for now . If Microsoft is indeed planning to bring back the long-awaited feature , it would be very likely to show it off at the BUILD developer conference .
The new Internet Explorer 11 is visible.
