Netflix shocked the tech world (and investors) with its unprecedented expansion to 130 countries yesterday. The popular video streaming service will now be available in 190 countries, almost every country on Earth.

So, according to the company's announcement, the service is also available in Greece (you can already sign up for one month of free steaming, but you will need to provide credit card details or a PayPal).
Netflix 's original content , worth billions of dollars, is available worldwide, but the exact catalog for users varies by country. That's because licensing differs from market to market and the service curates its content based on what it thinks locals will like.
This can be frustrating since the service usually has popular shows to keep its content. In fact, the global expansion has opened up a whole new world of opportunities for users, even if they are willing to invest a little money in some special software.
If you purchase a VPN, software that allows you to access the Internet from another country, then you will be able to access the entire Netflix program and not just what is offered in your country.
But it works in two ways. Maybe classic movies and shows have been removed from the US and other Western countries but are available in some of the new countries. Or maybe you like Korean dramas or other specific content.
You just have to know where to look! After these developments we believe someone will post a list of what is available and where.
