The new Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL are the thinnest Windows 10 smartphones, but they won't be for very long yet. Some of you may know that the Lumia 950 has dimensions 145 x 73.2 x 8.2, while the Lumia 950 XL is even thinner at 8.1 millimeters.
The Japanese OEM launches the Yamada Denki EveryPhone
There are many Lumia smartphones in the 8.5‑millimeter range, but the new device from the Japanese company Yamada Denki is even thinner.
According to a new report, Yamada Denki has just introduced its first Windows 10 mobile phones in Japan, the EveryPhone.
Aside from the fact that it comes with Windows 10 built in, the EveryPhone has another advantage: it is only 6.9 millimeters thick.
The EveryPhone by Yamada Denki measures 154.8 x 78.6 x 6.9 millimeters and will soon be available in Japan for $325. This places the EveryPhone in the mid-range category, but if you plan to purchase this device, you need to know that it will not be released in other countries.
Exclusively in Japan
Also, let's take a look at what the EveryPhone has to offer in terms of hardware. It appears that the Japanese OEM decided to include a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor inside.
Additionally, the mid-range smartphone features a large 5.5-inch touchscreen that supports HD (720p) resolution.
On the back, there is a camera with autofocus, dual LED flash and Full HD (1080p) resolution. The EveryPhone also has a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls.
We also know that Yamada Denki's smartphones come with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.
The EveryPhone features 4G LTE support and a decent 2,600 mAh battery. Last but not least, the smartphone offers dual-SIM capability along with other connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth , and GPS with AGPS support.
