With invisible software that is not even detected in the laboratories of the Cybercrime Investigation Unit, cunning individuals monitor mobile phones and steal all the data of unsuspecting citizens. From their messages and emails to their photos and bank codes.

Mobile phone monitoring, as described above, is done with software that was built for child protection and is sold for $200, and is available on the website www.droidjack.net for Android mobile devices (Android RAT).
With this tool, hackers gain complete control over the cell phone they are monitoring, since they can delete files, write and delete messages, make calls and view the entire call log, make calls through the device, manage the contact list, listen to the sounds of the environment 'live' from the device's microphone and record them, view the internet browsing history, the device's last location (Gps location), see all the applications that are "running" on the device and add new ones.
The revelation was made today by the head of the Cybercrime Prosecution, Manolis Sfakianakis, speaking at the 4th international E-life conference organized by the Hellenic Society for the Study of Internet , saying that after complaints, it was found that there are many cases of surveillance in Greece.
