"We are following with particular attention the situation in Greece, as well as developments in the negotiations between the Greek government and the lenders.
Due to recent decisions by the Greek authorities regarding capital controls , funding the PayPal digital wallet from Greek bank accounts, as well as cross-border transactions funded from any type of cards or bank accounts, are currently unavailable.
Payment attempts may also be declined by card issuers or banking institutions. Other PayPal, such as receiving payments, remain active.
Our goal is to continue to fully serve our valued customers in Greece, as we have been doing for over a decade in the country.".
