A young programmer in China decided - for his own, inexplicable reasons - to propose to his girlfriend using an iPhone 6. Not just one, though. He bought 99 of the new devices, spending about $82,000, which translates to two years' worth of wages for him. But what was he going to do? In the end, his girlfriend said no.
Even worse? His drama was public knowledge. The programmer took his iPhones, formed a giant heart with them, and stood in the center with his girlfriend, while several people watched around them. But when he asked her if she wanted to marry him, she said no. After that, the programmer certainly wishes he were among those who said in a recent survey that they would rather have an iPhone 6 than a partner. Something that 1 in 6 men answered.
