A photo of a mother breastfeeding her newborn baby has gone viral online after it was deleted from Facebook.
The image of Emma Bond breastfeeding her newborn baby has been removed after complaints that it contained nudity.
Ms Bond later uploaded the image to a breastfeeding advocacy group, where it attracted 166,000 “likes” – but users who then shared the photo on Facebookfound their links had been deleted.
Facebook said the photo had been removed in error, but had already been reposted.
“It’s something very natural, very special, and something that needs to be promoted,” said Ms Bond, from Shropshire.
He said he received "hundreds" of encouraging messages from supporters around the world.
