A scam to extort has been set up by fraudsters from foreign countries, making unanswered calls to mobile phones.
If you see on your mobile a call from an unknown foreign number, usually from +359 (or 00359), +375 (or 00375), +371 (or 00371), be very careful because you could also become a victim.
Recently scammers have set up a campaign, randomly calling mobile phone numbers in Greece from high‑rate numbers, siphoning off significant sums of money. Three of these numbers are: 00359894292192, 00375602605281 and 0037127913091
Unsuspecting, many mobile phone users who find missed calls call back to find out who it is and naturally get charged up to €25!
359 is the code of Bulgaria, 375 is the code from Belarus, while 371 is the code for Latvia.
