Tim Cook gave an interview to PBS and Charlie Rose, who asked some very interesting questions.

Apple CEO Tim Cook not only explains some of the ideas behind the Apple Watch and the acquisition of Beats Audio, but also accepts the fact that Apple Maps was a failure.

The Apple boss gave a two-hour interview, and the second part will be broadcast in the United States. For the rest of the world, the video will be released 24 to 36 hours after it airs on American television, but softpedia has published a very interesting excerpt with Tim Cook ready to attack Google.

Surprisingly, this isn't about Android, but rather the privacy protections Google offers its users. Tim Cook explained that they haven't collected user data or read emails, as Google did.

On the other hand, he admitted that the US government collects too much information. Apple was not targeted by these requests simply because it does not collect all the data.
