SecureCRT 7.2.5 released with improvements for Ubuntu Unity

SecureCRT is a terminal emulation program with Secure Shell support, which includes a range of options and capabilities for professionals, such as advanced session management and numerous options for automating repetitive tasks.

 

The developers of SecureCRT have upgraded the software to version 7.2.5, which comes with some changes and bug fixes, mainly affecting Ubuntu and some other operating systems.

 

According to the developers, support has been added for opening a new SecureCRT window in the Ubuntu Unity QuickList, the application no longer terminates after TAPI sessions end, variables passed to logon scripts are not retained and are used by scripts that start from the button bar or from a mapped key.

 

Also, the Connect dialog window now has a horizontal scroll bar, some licenses that contained international characters are now considered valid, and some additional changes have also been made.
