One of the most popular torrent apps for Windows Phone, wpTorrent, announced a few weeks ago that users will be able to copy their files to SD cards and other nodes.
More recently, the creators of wpTorrent have released a plethora of updates that have added features and improved the overall user experience. The latest updates have also fixed specific bugs that were found by users or developers after the last major update to the Windows Phone Store.
The most significant change included in one of the latest updates to wpTorrent is the removal of the speed limit. For those who don't know, it was reported a few weeks ago and the developers confirmed that there was a speed limit of 300KB/s in the free version.
It appears that this limitation has been removed from the free version and you can now download at higher speeds, as long as your network accepts it.
In addition to this major change, the developers have also fixed an issue that prevented users from adding phone nodes to the admin file in some cases.
You can download wpTorrent for Windows Phone 1.4.0.2 for free from the Windows Phone Store. The app has been confirmed to work on all devices running Windows Phone 8 and above.
