There are several publications predicting the release of the iPhone 6 around August, and of course there are even more that mention the features of the upcoming device. A new photo that has been released shows the "chassis" of the iPhone 6 with the design features that we will see at some point, when Apple decides to release it.
As the leaked photo from MacFixit , the new iPhone will be thinner, with rounded corners, and a larger chassis that will accommodate a larger screen. The iPhone 6 will look like a cross between the iPod touch and the iPhone 5.
The Flash LED seems to be returning to a circular design and not as we knew it from the iPhone 5s with the TrueTone Flash.
The chassis appears to be made of metal and is covered with a thin plastic film for protection. The shell shown in the leaked photo is 4.7 inches. Rumors suggest that an even larger device with a 5.5-inch display will be released later this year.
According to another rumor, Apple will charge an extra €100 for this year's model, as the iPhone 6's materials are much more expensive.
