Anonymous from the Philippines hacked hundreds of Chinese government sites

A group of hackers from the Philippines, claiming to be affiliated with the hacktivist collective Anonymous, has defaced the content of several Chinese government websites.

The hackers published two lists of the websites that were compromised, the first containing over 145 government sites and the second 45.

The reason they carried out this attack is the dismissal of Filipino fishermen by the Chinese Coast Guard and the arrest of eleven Chinese fishermen by the Philippine police, who are accused of poaching.
