Verizon: Cyber ​​espionage is on the rise, with a higher rate in Eastern Europe

Hacking for espionage has increased sharply, with groups or national governments from Eastern Europe playing an increasingly large role, according to one of the most comprehensive annual studies of computer intrusions.

Verizon Communications Inc. said in its annual Data Breach Report that in 2013, most spying were located in China and other East Asian countries, with a 49% share, followed by Eastern European countries, mainly Russian-speaking nations, with a 21% share.
