The official website of the popular American magazine “Wired” has been blocked by Google and Chrome. Users who try to access certain Wired links receive a warning message that states: “This website may harm your computer.”
We tried accessing wired.com from Google search results, but there was no warning on the homepage. However, when we tried accessing 'wired.com/business/', a malware warning page appeared.
Wired tweeted: "Dear friends, we had a technical issue this morning but it has been fixed. Thanks to those who informed us."
It's unclear what they mean by "technical issue" and why Google. The warning page is still displayed to visitors, but Wired said they expect Google to remove the warning.
