Although Microsoft has promised to be more careful when selecting applications available from its online store, it turns out that several fake applications for Windows 8.1 have been approved and are available for download through the Windows Store.
An application titled 'Download Skype Here' has been registered in the online store, which clearly uses the name of the popular VoIP application to mislead users into downloading it.
The application description is very brief and does not mention any information about the app, while the only screenshot contains text with many spelling and syntax errors, which reveals the sloppiness of the application.
There is no doubt that the app should be removed from the online store as soon as possible to ensure that only high-quality apps.
