Today cyber attacks are a way that countries exercise their authority by avoiding armed conflicts that are treated as warlike acts. And in some way cyber attacks belong to a category that not only goes unnoticed by ordinary people but is also accepted in general contexts.
The most recent example of a cyberattack, as reported in an article by the Huffington Post, is that of Ukraine. While we all think that Russia is waiting to strike, Russian hackers have already carried out cyberattacks against Ukrainian networks.
The Russians, according to sources, are using a specific cyber-weapon called “The Snake” which is also known as Uroboros.
