A thirty-five-year-old man proposed to his girlfriend through the social network Instagram.
On January 2nd of this year, Neil Parris created an Instagram account called @thestoryofjennaandneil as a way to propose to his girlfriend Jenna Caine.
His effort was very successful and the 35-year-old public relations executive won the yes from the chosen one of his heart, 32-year-old Jenna, and they will get married on September 20, 2014 after two years of dating.
The Instagram account created is a description of their relationship from the beginning of their acquaintance at the Coachella music festival, to their moving into a house, to the declaration that he wants them to get married.
The 32-year-old describes how when he showed her the bill on a computer and urged her to read it, smiling, she was so shocked that she didn't know what to do and tried to look at all the photos to understand what it was about. She confessed that she later reread the images with the comments dozens of times.
Their story became known in America and many channels and newspapers showed interest in the first marriage proposal via Instagram. \
