Free internet is coming from space via satellites

If all goes well, then North Koreans will soon have free and uncensored access to the Internet from... space.

This is part of the Outernet project, which aims to send hundreds of small satellites - CubeSats - that will provide Internet to every person on Earth.

Today, nearly 40% of the world's population does not have access to the internet. Within a year, Outernet plans to have a fleet of 24 satellites, paving the way for a free, global network.
