Apple provides developers with information about the source of app sales
Apple today upgraded the Sales and Trends area of iTunes Connect, giving developers the ability to have more granular information about the source of their app sales as well as a more modern design.
This update addresses many of the issues Apple’s authorized developers have had over the years regarding tracking their sales. For example, developers can now see their app purchases by region, platform, and category. This means they have a better sense of how their buyers are finding their apps.
The new interface also allows the user to better display downloads for specific time periods using the new easy-to-use sliders that Apple added at the bottom of the page.
