Ultrahuman is expanding its health monitoring ecosystem with the launch of a new flagship smart ring and an upgrade to its “biointelligence AI” platform. The Ultrahuman Ring Pro is the company’s third-generation smart ring and promises up to 15 days of battery life. It also stores 250 days of health history. These are significant improvements over its predecessor, the 2023 Ring Air, which had a battery life of 4-6 days, according to user estimates.

Ultrahuman Ring Pro: Other improvements
Ultrahuman has also made other upgrades to the Ring Pro, including a redesigned heart rate sensor, a faster dual-core processor , and security improvements that allow the ring to be easily removed from fingers in an emergency.
The Ultrahuman Ring Pro will come with a new Pro Charging Case that provides an additional 45 days of battery life and stores a year of data. The case has a built-in speaker and proximity sensor that allow users to locate the device via the Ultrahuman app. It also supports wireless charging and has an LED indicator that shows the battery status.
The Ring Pro is available in gold, silver, black and titanium and is available in sizes 5-14.

Pre-orders start today for $479 and are available worldwide — except in the United States, where Ultrahuman is facing patent. Shipments begin in March.
The launch of Jade, the new upgrade to Ultrahuman’s AI platform, is not exclusive to the US and will be available to all Ultrahuman users globally. Ultrahuman says Jade is “the world’s first true real-time AI biointelligence platform,” capable of ingesting health information and performing respiratory and atrial fibrillation (AFIB) detection tasks. Future updates will allow Jade to do “much more,” according to Ultrahuman, including proactively flagging concerns, controlling smart home functions like adjusting room temperature, and even ordering food.

Ultrahuman says the goal is for Jade to function as an “autonomous health agent that works 24x7 to improve your life,” but it hasn’t specified when these additional features will be available.
